We Offer Several General Health Check-Ups!

Sunset Clinic recommends that you are seen once a year for an annual exam.  It allows us to help patients live healthier lifestyles, conduct appropriate diagnostic screenings, and prevent chronic disease with early detection.  Our physicals are tailored to you; based on your age and risk factors.  Our providers perform the following health evaluations:

  • Health Checkup
  • Welcome to Medicare Annual Exams and Annual Well Visits
  • Well Woman Exam
  • Well- Child Check
  • Sports Physical
  • Pre-Operation or Pre-Procedural Exams

During the health check-up, we may recommend drawing blood test and preventive screenings such as a mammogram, prostate testing, screening for osteoporosis and colonoscopy.  Tests are ordered based on age, symptoms and risk factors. We may also recommend and or administer recommended immunizations based on Centers for Disease Control (CDC)*.

*in-house immunizations may not be covered by your insurance.  If it is not covered a prescription may be written, or immunizations may be obtained at outside resources (i.e. health district, local pharmacies, etc)
